While we may hold personal information about children under 13 for educational purposes only and for no other commercial purpose, we do not do so knowingly without consent from a child's parent. However, a school, district, and/or teacher may act as the parent's agent and can consent to the collection of kids' information on the parent's behalf, as long as the school, district or teacher obtains prior consent from the child's parent for the limited purpose to the educational context.

We collect personal information about children under 13 where the child's school, district and/or teacher has agreed (per our Terms) to obtain consent from the child's parent or guardian prior to using Service and has authorized us to collect personal information about the child.

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has a registered account with our Service without your consent, please inform Harry Ghazanian by email at reach@actlms.com and request that child's personal information to be deleted from our systems.

Children under 13 can sign up for a student account using a Student Pin which is provided to them by their school or teacher. Student Pin is specific to each school or teacher. A student cannot create a student account with us without the Student Pin given to them by their school or teacher.

A Parent may create a Parent Account on the Service and connect to the child's account by using the Parent Pin provided by the student. Parents who connect to their child's account can have overview of the child's activities, assignments, quizzes, scores, reports, gradebook, discussion posts and other student related data. Parents can also request the school or teacher to revoke and/or delete the child's account and all related data from our system.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
